2. Plumbers
3. Gardeners
4. Drivers
5. A/C Technicians

   1.  Mechanical/ Civil Engineers-  The individual should possess the following criteria

• A minimum of a Bsc or HND qualification in its relevant field 
• At least 5 years working experience in a related Facility Management capacity
• Good and Competent Managerial Skills  
• Ability to Supervise and manage a multi tenanted site
• Good and Effective communication skills
• Ability to solve problems in the shortest possible time
• Good Budgetary, Reporting and Strategic development skills

   2.  Plumbers

• A minimum qualification of a Credit Pass in Trade Test II
• At least 3 - 5 years working experience in plumbimg works
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Good and effective communication skills

   3.  Gardeners

• A minimum qualification of O' Levels result
• At least 3 years working experience as a Gardener
• Experience in the practice of Horticulture and Landscaping
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
